On behalf of the entire family of Kenneth Adams, it is our wish to express our most sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire staff of the PCU Unit at Kingman Regional Medical Center and to all the doctors who took care of my father. While we cannot name everyone, there were some very special nurses and aides whom we truly appreciated for the tender and loving care they showed our father and grandfather this past month prior to his passing on Aug. 8. Everyone did an exceptional job making him comfortable and meeting all his needs while we tried to get him stronger to eventually go home.
That plan, however, was not realized and our father spent his remaining few hours in the loving care of the ladies at the Joan and Diana Hospice House. You will never know just how much we appreciated the care and dignity that you showed Ken and our family in his last hours with us. You are forever in our prayers for your care and respect you showed us in this most trying time.
We also want to thank Dorothy Brown and the members of the Kingman Cancer Care Unit for their compassion and help after our father's passing. We thank Rose Gaia and her family, and Lou and Barbara Sorenson for their caring and their gifts to the KRMC Hospice Home. And we would be remiss not to send a special thanks to Rene Hill and the 66 Auto Family for their generous donation to the KRMC Hospice Home in my father's memory. Rene is the most caring individual that I have come across in years and she was a good friend to my father and our family. We can never repay her for the love and kindness that she gave to all of us in our time of sorrow.
The list does not end here as we want to thank each and every person who sent us a card or came to our father's Celebration of Life. You are all special in our hearts and we will never forget the love you showed. Thank you!
Keith, Marty and Lindsey Adams
