On Aug. 23, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kimberly Ann Pankratz, 29, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts), possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation issued by Kingman Justice Court. Just before 11 a.m. deputies stopped Pankratz, who was riding a bicycle on Hearne Avenue near Lomita Street. A record check revealed the warrant and a search reportedly yielded marijuana, two syringes and a pipe with burnt residue. Pankratz was taken into custody without incident.
On Aug. 24, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Rosemary Ann Gomez, 27, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of narcotics and a warrant for possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful flight from law enforcement and tampering with physical evidence issued by Mohave County Superior Court. At about 11:45 p.m., deputies contacted Gomez during a traffic stop at Northern Avenue and Stardust Road. A record check revealed the warrant and she was taken into custody without incident. A search allegedly yielded eight narcotic pills.
On Aug. 24, Kingman Police officers arrested Christopher Ryan Franklin, 26, of Golden Valley on a felony parole violation issued by the Arizona Department of Corrections, along with three misdemeanor warrants issued by Kingman Municipal and Kingman Justice courts for contempt of court and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Franklin was involved in a fistfight at Centennial Park and fled when officers arrived. He was chased down and apprehended on the park's west side. He was taken into custody without further incident.
On Aug. 25, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Javier Flores Gonzales, 39, of Phoenix on a felony charge of aggravated DUI - suspended license. At about 1:45 a.m., deputies stopped Gonzales, who was driving 51 mph in a 35 mph zone. They stopped him in the 4100 block of Stockton Hill Road. A record check revealed the suspended license. Gonzalez reportedly told deputies he had a couple of beers earlier. He allegedly failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody without incident. An analysis reportedly revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be 0.135 percent.
On Sept. 1, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael Scott Miller, 30, of Golden Valley on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor warrants for shoplifting issued by Kingman Justice Court and failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Deputies contacted Miller in the area of Aztec Road and Chino Drive at about 11:30 p.m. A record check revealed the warrants and Miller was taken into custody without incident. A search reportedly revealed Miller was in possession of a syringe and several small plastic bags containing a white crystal residue.
