Letter of thanks: Ron Ackerson

On Aug. 31, the Kingman Elks Lodge No. 468 held it's annual Gordon Hunt Memorial Golf Tournament. It was a great success, and the proceeds from the tournament will go to the Lodge's Wounded Warrior, Tucson Children's Hospital, Christmas Baskets and Santa's Visit charity programs.

The Lodge wishes to thank the 72 players who supported the event, Co-Chairman Ron Ackerson and Jim Powell, Cerbat Cliffs Golf Club, Club Pro Levi Pitts and tournament staff, John Legg, Bob Black, Larry Bearce and Jerry Gaither, and the tournament girls, Sandra Williams, Debra Oudin, Karen Leach, Beverly Bearce, Amy Leslie, Debbie Gostafson and Eve Kisner.
