Drug cases top the list of Mohave County indictments

KINGMAN - Drug cases dominated the Mohave County Grand Jury's business on Thursday, along with a few related to theft. None of the most serious indictments involve residents of the Kingman area.

Commissioner Ken Gregory will arraign many of them at 1:30 p.m. Friday unless otherwise noted.

The grand jury indicted:

• Kellie Marie Davis: Possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Judge Derek Carlisle will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Denise Michelle Smith: Possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Judge Rick Williams will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Friday.

• Melissa Elizabeth Gobler: Promoting prison contraband, two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of dangerous drugs and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Steven Conn was assigned the case.

• Austin Paul Meissner: Five counts of taking the identify of another, three counts of forgery, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Erick Wayne Blankenship: Possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Dwraid Slaiwa: Transportation of more than two pounds of marijuana for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Chad William Derrick: Possession of narcotics, three counts possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Roy Don Quick: Possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and misconduct involving weapons.

• Willie James Love Jr.: Possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine), two counts of possession of narcotics for sale, possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana, production of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of misconduct involving weapons.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. May 5.

• Timothy Eugene Farmer and Trina Yvette Kerr: Four counts of theft of means of transportation, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Conn was assigned the cases.

• Graig Mitchell Salzer and Anthony Edward Mack: Theft of means of transportation, theft, second-degree trafficking in stolen property, first-degree trafficking in stolen property and altering a serial number or vehicle identification number.

Williams was assigned the cases.

• Cesar Villalobos: Unlawful use of means of transportation, second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass by domestic violence, resisting arrest and one misdemeanor count of aggravated harassment by domestic violence. Carlisle was assigned the case.
