Dolan Springs man indicted for sex abuse

KINGMAN - The Dolan Springs man who was arrested July 23 on child sex abuse charges was indicted by the Mohave County Grand Jury Thursday.

Thomas Richard Didion, 31, reportedly told Mohave County Sheriff's detectives that the allegations were "all a misunderstanding," but Didion's mother allegedly told them she walked in on her son and a 15-year-old girl when they were involved in sexual activity.

The grand jury returned an indictment on four felony counts, two for sexual conduct with a minor, one for sexual abuse and one for sexual conduct with a minor under 15 years of age by domestic violence. It is unclear if the last charge relates to a second alleged victim.

Didion will be arraigned at the Mohave County jail at 1:30 p.m. Friday. Judge Derek Carlisle was assigned the case.

Arraignments will occur at 1:30 p.m. Friday unless otherwise noted.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Toby Lee Levorson: Two counts of aggravated assault.

Judge Steven Conn was assigned the case.

• Ralph Tyler Sizemore Jr.: Unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle.

Judge Rick Williams was assigned the case.

• Alberto Alan Vazquez: Transportation of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine), sale of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Dana J. Trexler-Beal: Transportation of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Glenn Gordon Douglas: Possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Jordan Allen Parker: Criminal impersonation.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Cierra Jade Hansen: Theft of means of transportation and criminal impersonation.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Brand Justin Cotton: Third-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Deral Jon Houston: Aggravated assault by domestic violence, aggravated assault and disorderly conduct involving a weapon.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Scotty Jeffrey Wilson: Theft of means of transportation.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Charles Raymond Bastin: Aggravated assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Dane Charles Brady: Two counts of aggravated assault, resisting arrest and aggravated domestic violence.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• William Earl Duncan: Four counts of third-degree burglary, three counts of credit card theft, first-degree burglary, theft of means of transportation and first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Terry Dale Stokesberry: Fraudulent schemes and artifices. Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Michael Guadalupe Rivera: Second-degree trafficking in stolen property.
