GOLDEN VALLEY - More than 70 blowups, about 70,000 lights and other holiday items are on display at 2225 S. Dome Road in Golden Valley as part of a holiday drive for Toys for Tots and For the Luv of Paws Animal Shelter.

There is a place at the display to drop off new, unwrapped toys for the Marine Corps League Detachment No. 887 Toys for Tots effort, or for bags of dog or cat food for the no-kill shelter.

To see the display, which is at the home of Chris Marie-Meriwether and her husband, Butch, turn south on Egar Road (mile marker 17) from Highway 68 and drive about 4 miles. Turn right on Tapeats Road (if you arrive at Shinarump Road, you've gone a half-mile too far). Head west for about one-half mile find the display at the corner of Tapeats and Dome roads.

It is scheduled to be lit up for four hours past sundown each night through Jan. 2.
