KINGMAN - A Baltimore man who was arrested in April was sentenced to five years in prison for having images of child pornography on his cell phone.

Joshua Ryan Richison, 28, was arrested after detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department alerted Kingman Police detectives that he was being investigated for possessing the images.

Richison moved to Kingman before Baltimore law enforcement could serve a search warrant, which was sought after they received tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Richison reportedly admitted the images were his when he was arrested and he recently pleaded guilty to three of the six felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor he faced.

Prosecutor Doug Camacho said Judge Derek Carlisle sentenced Richison to five years in prison on one count and placed him on lifetime supervision upon his release.

There is no evidence Richison knew any of his victims.
