Estelle C. Hopkins went to her Savior on Dec. 18, 2014. Born in Conroe, Texas, on May 2, 1921, she moved to Casa Grande, Ariz., in 1929, and to Mohave County in 1942, where she was living at the time of her passing.
Estelle was preceded in death by her husband, Charles G. Hopkins Sr.; her parents, Edward and Amanda Ferguson; sisters Evelyn, Beatrice and Eileen; brothers Harold, Robert, Raymond, William, Donald, Carl and Elmer; and grandsons Michael and Robert Maders.
She is survived by sister Charlene Avants and brother Wesley Ferguson; daughters Lucille (Lionel) Sweeney, Peggy (Alton) Maders, Charlise (Tony) Ramay, Bernice (N. Ed) Owen, and Janie (Jack) Marley; sons Charles Jr. (Vivian), Nathan (Sue), Darrall, Dale (Carole) and Daniel (Murlene) Hopkins; 28 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; 27 great-great grandchildren; numerous step-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at Hilltop Foursquare Church, 2215 Emerson Ave., at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Arrangements by Sutton Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Kingman Regional Hospice or Cerbat Guest Home in Estelle's name.
