Police: Kingman woman bit boyfriend's daughter

KINGMAN - A Kingman police school resource officer arrested a woman for allegedly biting her boyfriend's 9-year-old daughter.

The woman, Marcianna Sachiko Nissel, 23, of Kingman reportedly "admitted her involvement" following her arrest at about 12:30 p.m. Monday, according to Kingman Police Department spokeswoman Jennifer Sochocki.

The girl had "significant bruising" from the bite, said Sochocki. Nissel was arrested after a school resource officer learned of the alleged abuse.

Nissel is charged with felony domestic violence by child abuse.

Child Protective Services released the child into the care of relatives.
