Linda Sue Westcott Zumwalt passed away Jan. 29, 2014, at Kingman Regional Medical Center.
She was born to Charles and Ethel Westcott in Kingman on May 7, 1947, and grew up in Kingman and on her father's ranch in Yucca. Linda married right out of high school and had three children that she eventually raised on her own in Yucca. After her children were raised she married James Zumwalt.
Linda was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother.
Mother was a smart lady and loved reading novels, sewing, quilting, and spending time with family.
She worked many years for ADOT and eventually retired. Linda is proceeded in death by her parents, Charles and Ethel Westcott, and husband James Zumwalt. She is survived by her sisters, Sandra Westcott and Moreen Westcott; a brother, Clyde Westcott (Lisa); sons William Delahoyde (Janet) and James Delahoyde Westcott (Jenny); a daughter, Freida Clark (Jamie); and 10 grandchildren (with another on the way) that she treasured.
Mom will be missed by many whose lives she touched. Memorial services will be held at the Mormon Church, 3180 Rutherford, at 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb.1, in Kingman.
