Indictment likely only the beginning for Colorado fugitive

KINGMAN - A Golden Valley man was indicted on one felony count of resisting arrest after trying to run from Mohave County Sheriff's deputies late last month, but Cody Dutton likely faces more serious charges in Colorado.

Dutton, 29, was taken into custody June 29 after telling deputies his name was Crouse, and he had a tattoo with that name on his neck.

Deputies were not fooled and Dutton attempted to flee. He was shot with a Taser and taken into custody.

Dutton is wanted in Colorado regarding an alleged jailbreak in 2005.

Commissioner Ken Gregory will arraign Dutton at the Mohave County fail at 1:30 p.m. Friday.

Judge Derek Carlisle was assigned the case.

All arraignments will occur at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail unless otherwise noted.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Randeen Suzzanne Worsham: Two counts of taking the identity of another, 10 counts of forgery and two counts of fraudulent schemes and artifices.

Judge Rick Williams will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. July 18.

•Jeffrey Wayne Holmes: Aggravated assault by domestic violence, aggravated domestic violence, child abuse by domestic violence (class 5 felony), two counts of aggravated assault by domestic violence (class 6 felony), assault by domestic violence and disorderly conduct by domestic violence (the final two counts are misdemeanors).

Judge Steven Conn was assigned the case.

• Aaron Michael Roark and Dessiarae May Clouse: Possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Carlisle was assigned the cases.

• Katrina Mae Hunter: Possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Carlisle will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. July 17.

• Robert Edward Thomas II: Four counts of forgery.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 17.

• Travis Allen Lusk: First-degree criminal trespass, aggravated assault, and misdemeanor counts of assault and criminal damage.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 17.

• Jose Garcia Orejel: Two counts of aggravated harassment by domestic violence.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Hope Lane Swanson: Two counts of third offense shoplifting.

Carlisle will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. July 17.

• Brenton Kyle Hayden: Aggravated assault, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree burglary.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 17.

• Heather Rene Willis: Aggravated assault.

Williams will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. July 18.

• Jennifer Lynn Oliver: Theft of a credit card and forgery of a credit card.

Conn will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Robert Alan Fox Jr.: Aggravated assault, disorderly conduct involving a weapon and disorderly conduct involving a weapon by domestic violence.

Williams was assigned the case.

• Nicholas Tyler Dellacioppa: First-degree burglary and theft.

Conn arraigned him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Aaron Todd Harper (two separate indictments): First-degree criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Second indictment: Third-degree burglary theft (class 6 felony) and theft (misdemeanor).

Conn was assigned both cases.

• Arnold Lee Meeks III: Aggravated assault and disorderly conduct involving a weapon.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Christopher Scott Lieder: Third-degree burglary and theft of means of transportation.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 17.

• Darnisia Caress Fields: Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, forgery and taking the identity of another.

Williams will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 18.

• Ryne Matthew Rotenbury: Possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Salvador Torres Guevarra Jr.: Transportation of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlisle will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 17.

• Mark Gordon King: Two counts of aggravated DUI.

Williams will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 18.

• Tashina Marie Jenkins: Two counts of aggravated assault, taking the identify of another, resisting arrest and three misdemeanor counts of DUI, possession of open container of alcohol in vehicle and disorderly conduct.

Conn will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Monday.
