Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Cherie Nicolette Kulm, 31, Tyrel William Price, 27, and Brett Nicholas Greenwood, 22, on Thursday.

Kulm was arrested on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Price was charged on a felony possession of dangerous drugs warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court and Greenwood was charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and a felony possession of drug paraphernalia warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court.

Deputies stopped Kulm, who was allegedly speeding in the 3700 block of Sunshine Drive at about 10:55 a.m.

A record check showed the warrants for Price and Greenwood and they were taken into custody without incident.

A search of Greenwood's backpack allegedly revealed a syringe and a spoon with burnt residue. A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed a syringe in Kulm's purse.

Child Safety and Family Services took custody of Kulm's 3-year-old daughter.
