Toria Williams, 18, a senior at Kingman High School, was recently chosen as a Student Rotarian by the Kingman Rotary Club. She is the daughter of Porter and Roxanne Williams of Kingman.
Toria said she feels honored to be chosen as a Student Rotarian. She knows her grandpa would be proud, because he was a member of the club.
For her presentation to the Rotary Club, she talked about how leading is who she is and how it's been all around her for her whole life. She also discussed her future plans.
Her extracurricular activities, honors and awards include: Link Leaders, National Honor Society, student council, varsity volleyball for three years and captain of the softball team for four years.
Toria plans on attending Yavapi Community College and playing for their softball team. She also plans on attending Mohave Community College and majoring in nursing. She plans on becoming an emergency room nurse because she loves the rush.
