Chase suspects indicted, face multiple charges

Cold justice follows hot pursuits

KINGMAN - The two men who allegedly led Kingman Police officers on brief pursuits roughly 12 hours apart earlier this month were among 24 people the Mohave County Grand Jury indicted March 13.

Tyler Andrew Dicken, 25, was allegedly driving a Mitsubishi Eclipse in the area of Wilshire Avenue and Fairfax Street on March 3.

After police attempted a traffic stop, Dicken sped away and allegedly reached speeds of 65 mph in a residential 25 mph zone before he was taken into custody.

At 1:45 a.m. March 4, another Kingman Police officer took Jacob Raymond Douglas Shuffler, 22, into custody after he allegedly stole his father's 2013 Ford Mustang.

Shuffler allegedly fled after the officer attempted to pull him over in the 2500 block of Stockton Hill Road.

He allegedly reached speeds up to 60 mph and drove erratically, but eventually made it to his home in the 400 block of Lomas Avenue and was taken into custody. He reportedly admitted to drinking alcohol prior to the incident.

The grand jury indicted Dicken on a count of unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle and a misdemeanor count of driving on a suspended, revoked or canceled driver's license.

Shuffler was indicted on a count of unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement officer, aggravated DUI and unlawful use of means of transportation.

Both men will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Raymond E. Periandri: Possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Judge Rick Williams was assigned the case.

• John Wilkin Massey: Aggravated assault and disorderly conduct involving a weapon.

Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Judge Steven Conn was assigned the case.

• John Mansour and Arthur Tadevosyan: Theft of a credit card, fraudulent use of a credit card, fraudulent schemes and artifices, and taking the identity of another. Judge Derek Carlisle will arraign them at 8:30 a.m. today.

• John Michael Salkin: Possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), and shoplifting (misdemeanor).

Williams will arraign him at 3:30 p.m. March 31.

• Tony Michael Anderson: Possession of dangerous drugs for sale (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Conn was assigned the case.

• Jeremy Peter Jordan: Third-degree burglary.

Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Conn was assigned the case.

• Dorothy Lynette Bond: Second-degree burglary and theft.

Williams will arraign her at 1:30 p.m. March 31.

• Evelyn Jenny Johnson: First-degree hindering prosecution.

Conn arraigned her Monday.

• Michael Guy Elwood: Arson of an occupied structure.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Christopher Allen Morse and Wesley Allen Blodgett: Three counts of forgery.

Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Carlisle was assigned the cases.

• Henry Hans Proper: Theft and first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Conn was assigned the case.

• Perry Dorian Wickerd: Aggravated assault by domestic violence, class 6 felony; aggravated assault by domestic violence, class 4 felony and child abuse by domestic violence.

Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Madison Grace Williams: Second-degree burglary and theft.

• Dessiarae May Clouse: Three counts of aggravated domestic violence. Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Alexis Lynn Baud: Theft of means of transportation. Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Kyran Bryce Cleveland: Aggravated assault.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Wesley Wade Owens: Second-degree burglary, first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

• James Carrasco: Four counts of threatening or intimidating.

Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday. Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Nicholas Alexander Houser: Theft of means of transportation. Jail arraignment set for 1:30 p.m. Friday.
