Dale Clark Blair, born in Kingman on July 1, 1962, passed away on April 30, 2014.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Dee Clark and Ora N. Blair, and his maternal grandparents, Jerome M. and Virginia K. Bailey.

Dale is survived by his parents, Harold (Hab) and Kathy Blair; one brother, Gene Blair; his sister, Terri Schwartz; a son, Michael C. (Anne) Campbell; granddaughters, Jocelyn and Haley Campbell; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

Dale was born and raised in Kingman and graduated from high school in 1980. In 1981, he enlisted in the Army. Dale was stationed in Germany for most of that time, but took specialized training in Alaska and the Philippines.

He also traveled to Paris and toured many other places during his military career while he was overseas.

Upon leaving the military in 1984, he began his 25-plus years working as a heavy equipment operator for various construction companies. While doing this, he traveled to different areas of the country. Later on, Dale came back to Kingman and worked for Kingman Turquoise until 2009, when his health failed him.

Dale enjoyed team roping most of his life. He also liked working on cars and hunting with his friends.

Dale is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends.

Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, May 8, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Ave.
