Mohave County Indictments, May 13, 2014

Commissioner Kenneth Gregory will arraign defendants at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail unless otherwise noted.

The Mohave County Grand Jury indicted:

• Theresa Marie Austin: Theft of means of transportation and false report to law enforcement.

Judge Rick Williams was assigned the case.

• Anthony Paul Dyer: Failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Judge Steven Conn was assigned the case.

• Melvin Matthews Jr.: Transportation of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• John Charles Bate: Theft of means of transportation, unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle, criminal damage and misconduct involving weapons.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Brandon Kurtis Nichols: Two counts possession of narcotics and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlisle will arraign him at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

• Jack William Weaver Jr.: Two counts theft of means of transportation, two counts of second-degree burglary and single counts of misconduct involving weapons, aggravated DUI and criminal damage.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Jeffrey Richard Bradner: Three counts of sexual conduct with a minor under 15 years of age.

Carlisle was assigned the case.

• Jeremiah Adam Nichols: Three counts possession of narcotics and three counts possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Stacy James Hakes: Possession of narcotics for sale, two counts possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

Conn will arraign him at 1:30 p.m. Monday.

• Crystle Marae Grock and Daniel John Vacura: Misconduct involving weapons, possession of narcotics, three counts possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of dangerous drugs.

Williams was assigned the case. He will arraign Vacura at 8:30 a.m. Friday. Gregory will arraign Grock at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail.
