KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Nicholas Paul Dehart, 29, of Golden Valley Nov. 3 on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing, a misdemeanor.
Deputies reportedly watched Dehart pull up to a residence in the 3600 block of Bluebird Lane in Kingman, get out of the car and jump over a fence into the property, which had No Trespassing signs posted.
Deputies watched as Dehart reportedly walked around to the back of the property. When they contacted him, he said he was there to visit his cousin. The property owner told deputies she didn't know Dehart.
He was taken into custody and a search allegedly revealed he was in possession of two plastic bags containing a white crystal substance. Dehart reportedly told deputies he became nervous when he spotted the patrol unit and jumped the fence.
This is the second time Dehart has been arrested in less than three weeks.
On Oct. 18, he was arrested on felony charges of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested on a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court.
