KINGMAN - A Kingman man was arrested Wednesday after he was detained by his alleged victim until police arrived.
Justin Michael Kelly Boehm, 21, was charged with felony theft and three felony counts of vehicle burglary after Kingman Police responded to a call in the 3200 block of Lomalai Street. Boehm was booked without incident into the Mohave County Jail.
Kingman police said Boehm was allegedly caught burglarizing a vehicle and fled when the victim confronted him. The victim quickly caught up with Boehm and detained him until officers arrived at the scene.
Further investigation by police revealed that Boehm was allegedly involved in two other vehicle burglaries. Police said the stolen property was returned to the owners.
