All-City football team adds to the season's fun

KINGMAN - Kingman Academy leads the way with nine slots on the Miner's first All-City football team.

Lee Williams followed with eight players, while Kingman High had seven players selected. Choices were made by the Miner's Shawn Byrne and Hubble Ray Smith based on personal observation, input from coaches and statistics from Maxpreps.com.

As usual in deciding on who does and who does not make the list, there were several close calls, with a few gut-wrenching decisions that the staff had to make. Not including Kingman Academy's Will Herbine and Kingman's Isiah Perez on the team were two of them.
