Aircraft group has annual aviation event this weekend

KINGMAN - Youth between the ages of 8 and 17 can take a free airplane ride and learn about aviation starting at 8 a.m. Saturday at 4650 Flight Line Drive at the Kingman Airport.

The annual event, called Young Eagles, is put on by the Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 765. Participants get a brief lesson in aviation before going up in a plane.

A parent or guardian's permission is needed before participants can go on a flight. For more information, call David Amspoker at (928) 757-7742.
