DOLAN SPRINGS - Ten Dolan Springs residents were rounded up Monday when the Mohave County Sheriff's Office conducted a warrant sweep in the area.

Half of them were arrested only on misdemeanor warrants, but three were arrested on additional felony charges and one was wanted on a felony warrant.

One of those arrested on new charges is Joseph James Frank, 48, who was wanted on a failure to appear misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court.

Deputies allegedly found James was growing marijuana on his property and charged him with produce/manufacture marijuana, and possession of marijuana.

Douglas Jay Kloepfer, 52, was arrested on a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court and a felony parole violation warrant issued by the Arizona Department of Corrections.

He was additionally charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cheryl Ann Stiglianese, 68, was arrested on a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court and she was additionally charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana).

Brian Donovan Moore, 61, was arrested on a felony misconduct with weapons warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court.

Most of those arrested solely on misdemeanor warrants were wanted for failure to appear or failure to pay fines to Kingman Justice Court.
