Nancy Lois Bowling, 83 years young, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Sept. 17, 2014. She was born in Los Angeles and made Arizona her home in 1970. She and her husband, Chuck, made Kingman home 28 years ago.
She will always be known for her compassion and caring for everyone she came in contact with, including family, friends and even strangers.
Nancy was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, a group that partnered with the DAV parent organization in their mission of service to disabled veterans and their families.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bowling; her parents, Al and Dorothy Smith; and grandchildren, Mishaunna and Jeffrey Bowling. Nancy is survived by her children, Nancy Zicafoose (Bob), Rick Bowling (Laura), Rod Deeks (Kim), Jeff Bowling and Bill Bowling. She leaves behind 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services are not planned at this time.
