On Dec. 21, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brandon Keith Baldwin, 31, and Angela Renee Spillman, 35, both of Kingman. Baldwin was charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Spillman was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor charge of false report to law enforcement and a misdemeanor failure to pay fines warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court.
Deputies watched a pickup allegedly lifted above stock height without any mud flaps pull into the driveway of a home in the 4700 block of Van Nuys Road at about 9:30 p.m.
Baldwin was behind the wheel and Spillman and another woman were passengers. Spillman allegedly provided a false name and when this was discovered she was taken into custody. A record check revealed her warrant and a search of her purse allegedly revealed she possessed three plastic bags containing a white crystal residue.
A consent search of the truck allegedly revealed a bong with residue, two glass pipes with residue, plastic bags with a white residue, and a blue case containing a white crystal substance and a spoon with residue. Baldwin reportedly told deputies the bag must belong to one of the girls.
He was taken into custody without incident. The third person was released.
On Dec. 19, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Georgianna Fitzpatrick, 52, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, along with a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court.
Deputies spotted Fitzpatrick riding a bicycle without a headlight in the 3500 block of Northern Avenue at about 5 p.m.
A record check revealed the warrant and she was taken into custody without incident. A search allegedly revealed she possessed a small amount of marijuana.
