Charles Albert “Chuck” Kobold

Charles Albert "Chuck" Kobold, 81, of Kingman, Ariz. died Jan. 26, 2015. Chuck was born Jan. 30, 1933, in Manilla, Iowa, to Regina and William Kobold, who preceded him in death.

He served in the U. S. Navy as a physician's assistant (Hospital Corpsman Third Class) and was a finish carpenter in the Los Angeles basin.

Chuck was a longtime resident of Valle Vista and loved fishing and deer hunting with his family and friends.

Chuck is preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Lou Ann "Ann" Kobold (Valentine), his sister, Patricia, and brothers, Clete, Ivo "John," Jerry and Bill. He is survived by his brother, Donald, two sisters-in-law, Joyce and Louise, two stepsons and daughters-in-law and 26 nieces and nephews, primarily in the Phoenix, Kansas and California areas.

He will be greatly missed by his many family and friends. We would like to express our gratitude to the Senior Companion Program, the caring staff of White Oaks Assisted Living and Kingman Regional Medical Center: Home Health Nurses and Hospice Care Team.

Scattering of his ashes will be performed per his request. No public services are planned.
