For seniors' information: I went to a medical supply store. My friend went with me, because I can barely walk.
At my age of 86, I had gotten a prescription from my doctor for a wheelchair. The woman at the counter told me the government would not supply me with a chair and quoted a price of $2,000, which I had to purchase myself. This didn't set well in my mind.
I then called Uptown Drug store and, to my surprise, they gave me a phone number in Las Vegas. After speaking with these people, I was quite happy to know that you can get wheelchairs at Uptown Drug in Kingman, also in Las Vegas, with Medicare and secondhand policies.
Obama has changed medical issues.
