Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts assisted members of the Chloride VFW Post 120 and Ladies Auxiliary in placing 180 new flags on veterans' graves in the Chloride Cemetery on Memorial Day. Afterward, the Scouts were treated to root beer floats at the VFW and were instructed on the 13 folds of the American flag by the Ladies Auxiliary.
