Alleged meth dealer, 9 others indicted

KINGMAN - The Kingman man who was arrested June 8 on felony charges of selling methamphetamine and weapons violations was indicted Thursday.

David Howard Harder, 56, was arrested June 8 following a Kingman Police investigation that began after a caller reported suspected drug activity at his home in the 3500 block of Skylark Road.

He was pulled over in the 3200 block of Stockton Hill Road. Search warrants were obtained for Harder's home and car and police allegedly found about an ounce of meth, drug packaging materials, a drug customer ledger, paraphernalia and six handguns and a rifle.

Harder is reportedly a convicted felon and prohibited from having firearms. The Mohave County Grand Jury indicted him on eight counts: Possession of methamphetamine for sale, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, four counts of misconduct involving weapons and theft.

Judge Lee Jantzen will arraign him at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the jail, where all arraignments will be held unless otherwise noted.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Jose Alan Macias Jr.: Promoting prison contraband.

Judge Billy Sipe was assigned the case.

• Lacey Lyn Mitchell: Possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, criminal damage, two misdemeanor DUI-drugs and a misdemeanor count of possession of prescription only drugs.

Jantzen was assigned the case.

• Austin Bryan Dunlap: Aggravated assault and disorderly conduct involving a weapon.

Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. June 30.

• Andrea Dawn Martinez: Two counts of aggravated DUI.

Sipe will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. June 25.

• Dominic Wayne Rosso: Aggravated DUI.

Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 7.

• Angela Rose Robertson: Possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor counts of possession of prescription only drugs and shoplifting.

Jantzen was assigned the case.

• Christian Matthew Robertson: Two counts of aggravated assault by domestic violence.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. June 25.

• Aaron James Carroll: Seven counts of third-degree burglary, theft, misconduct involving weapons, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sipe was assigned the case.

• Christine Monique David: Possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated DUI.

Jantzen will arraign her at 11 a.m. June 23.
