Woman indicted for alleged link to $10K in drugs

KINGMAN - A Golden Valley woman who was arrested in January after detectives allegedly linked her to about $10,000 worth of methamphetamine and marijuana that was found in a Kingman home was indicted last week.

Tina Marie Rensberger, 28, was arrested again on Feb. 27 after a Mohave County Sheriff's deputy allegedly found she was in possession of a meth pipe following a traffic stop.

In the Jan. 20 incident, detectives with the multi-agency Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team searched a home in the 3500 block of Devlin Avenue and allegedly found a half-pound of meth and a pound of marijuana along with evidence of meth sales.

The Mohave County Grand Jury indicted Rensberger on half a dozen felony counts, including possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to show identification, money laundering and two counts of promoting prison contraband.

Judge Lee Jantzen was assigned the case. Rensberger will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Mohave County jail, where all arraignments will occur unless otherwise noted.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Jimmy Wayne Valadez: Third-degree burglary, first-degree trafficking in stolen property, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Steven Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. March 16.

• Marcus Adam Fuentes: Resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Billy Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. March 23.

• Patrick Troy West and Samantha Jean Carignan: Seven counts of theft of means of transportation and first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Matthew Edward Lawson: Fraudulent schemes and artifices, and theft.

Jantzen was assigned the case.

• Jacob Frank Sanger: Two counts of aggravated DUI and criminal damage.

Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. March 24.

• Thomas Brian Slagel: Unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle and endangerment.

Jantzen was assigned the case.

• Gregory J.M. Murphy and Zoe Alandria Reid: Theft of means of transportation.

Conn will arraign Reid at 8:30 a.m. March 16. Murphy will be arraigned Friday at the jail.

• Michael Owen Lee: Two counts of disorderly conduct by domestic violence, child abuse by domestic violence and criminal damage.

• Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. March 16.

• Richard Ray Baladez: Child abuse by domestic violence.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Friday.

• Tawnney Ann Bowman: Criminal impersonation.

Jantzen was assigned the case.

• Samantha Jean Wright: Sexual conduct with a minor under 12 years of age and sexual assault of a minor under 12 years of age by domestic violence.

Sipe was assigned the case.

• James Ramon Blessing: Two counts of child abuse by domestic violence and two counts of aggravated DUI.

Sipe was assigned the case.

• Andre Stephen Beetchenow: Two counts of aggravated DUI.

Sipe was assigned the case.

• Jason Cole Hadden and Lindsey Jean Knox: Possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of narcotics, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy to tamper with physical evidence, and misconduct involving weapons.

Sipe was assigned the cases.

• Cody James Sutliff: Possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of narcotics for sale, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn was assigned the case.
