Golden Valley Fire District firefighters from Station 11 responded at 8:36 a.m. Thursday to a three-vehicle accident that occurred at mile marker 69 in the southbound lanes of Highway 93 near Coyote Pass.

One vehicle received minor damage and was able to be driven away from the accident scene.

According to GVFD Captain Boyd Lewis, one driver who was injured was treated at the scene and then was transported via ambulance to Kingman Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Because the accident occurred within Kingman City limits, the exact cause of the accident is currently being investigated by KPD.
