Letter: Defending more than just my home

To Mr. Obama and all lesser tyrants in the anti-gun rights crowd:

Shame on all you zealots for dancing in the blood of those innocent victims of Oregon before their tears and blood had even dried.

Let me make this clear: the Second Amendment is more than hunting, sport disciplines or even defense against the thief, thug or murderer. It is defense against the tyrant, dictator or any politician who wants to be king. The right to keep and bear arms prohibits a police state and keeps the Constitution as the supreme law of the land and a government of, by and for the people.

Joseph Stalin registered guns, confiscated them and then started and butchered 50 million Ukrainians. Mao Tse-Tung killed at least 200 million unarmed Chinese people during his reign (1949-1959). There was Pol Pot, Mussolini, Idi Amin, Adolf Hitler and other power-crazy tyrants murdering countless millions of their innocent, unarmed people.

Registration, confiscation, annihilation! Oh no, no, not here!

"Reasonable" gun control targets the law-abiding. Letting anti-gunners decide another "reasonable infringement" is like letting an atheist decide what church I may attend.

This will not be tolerated! It is not just my right, but my duty to resist.
