GOLDEN VALLEY - A woman suffered moderate to severe injuries in an early morning crash on Shinarump Road in Golden Valley Tuesday morning.

Golden Valley Fire Chief Tom O'Donohue said the woman's car rolled several times after she failed to negotiate the curve near Kirkland Road at about 6 a.m.

The car landed on its roof and pinned the woman inside until firefighters used the Jaws of Life and other extrication equipment to free her.

The woman was taken to Kingman Regional Medical Center, said O'Donohue.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies investigated the accident, but were not immediately available for comment.
