Indictments include theft-related counts

KINGMAN - The focus of the Mohave County Grand Jury on Thursday was on residents living outside of the Kingman area.

They include the usual lineup of drug and theft offenses, including three people indicted on 15 felony counts, 14 related to theft offenses.

Dawn Michelle Ray, Jeramie David Richardson and Teena Marie Blevins face 10 counts of forgery, two counts of theft, taking the identity of another, aggravated taking the identity of another, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Steven Conn will arraign them at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

Patrick Michael Pierce: Three counts of criminal damage and two counts of misdemeanor DUI.

Judge Billy Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Matthew David Mogg: Possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of theft.

Judge Lee Jantzen arraigned him Tuesday.

• Anthony Edward Martinez: Three counts of third-offense shoplifting, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of third-degree criminal trespassing.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Garret C. Kletschka: Possession of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds), possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Francisco Villa Esparza: Possession of narcotics for sale, transportation of narcotics for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Lisa Denise Velasquez: Second-degree money laundering, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sipe will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Lonny Paul Morgan: Theft of means of transportation.

Conn arraigned him Monday.

• Daniel Lee Thompson: Possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Nigel Turner: Disorderly conduct involving a weapon.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Kevin A. Strawbridge: Possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jantzen arraigned him Tuesday.

• Cynthia Lois Gonzales: Child abuse.

Conn will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Gregory Alan Bullock: Forgery.

Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

• Duane Cree Jr.: Third-degree burglary.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• James Lester Stuck: Aggravated assault by domestic violence, misconduct involving weapons, misdemeanor assault by domestic violence and misdemeanor threatening or intimidation by domestic violence.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Dean Cody Carr and Jolene Elizabeth Cabral: Third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Conn will arraign them at 8:30 a.m. Monday.
