KINGMAN – The Mohave County Grand Jury indicted a Golden Valley man who allegedly fought with deputies when they tried to arrest him last month.

Jorden Kyle Lee Reynolds, 26, was wanted on warrants when Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies stopped him and a woman as they walked on Butler Avenue while carrying oversized backpacks.

Reynolds allegedly ran through a backyard before deputies caught up with him. Not willing to leave things there, he allegedly fought with deputies in an effort to avoid arrest.

Already wanted on four felony warrants, Reynolds faces four additional felony counts, including two for aggravated assault, one for resisting arrest, one for possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor first-degree trespassing.

Judge Steven Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday. The grand jury also indicted:

• Jose Manuel Cardenas-Rodriguez and Mandelyn Marie Hernandez: Transportation of methamphetamine for sale, possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of methamphetamine, child abuse by domestic violence and child abuse.

Judge Billy Sipe will arraign them at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Joseph Scott Guarino: Two counts of aggravated assault and first-degree burglary.

Judge Lee Jantzen arraigned him Monday.

• Donald Wayne Ming: Failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Daniel Nunez (two indictments): Two counts of aggravated harassment by domestic violence and aggravated domestic violence. Second indictment: Aggravated assault by domestic violence and aggravated domestic violence.

Conn will arraign him on both cases at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Donald Lee Holma III: Child abuse by domestic violence.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Jacob Michael Pettigrew: Aggravated assault by domestic violence and misdemeanor criminal damage by domestic violence.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Cheyenne Dean Moore: Arson of an occupied structure.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Dylan Robert Johnson and Amanda Kay Strobach: Aggravated assault, two counts of misconduct involving weapons, possession of narcotics for sale, possession of marijuana for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jantzen arraigned both of them Tuesday.

• Jena Cynthia Braden-Sierra: Two counts of promoting prison contraband, possession of narcotics, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Manuel Luz Jr. Two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Jeremiah Lee Graffius: Possession of narcotics, possession of dangerous drugs in a drug free school zone and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

• Markita McCoy and Domonique Capri Crawford: Transportation of narcotics for sale, possession of narcotics for sale, transportation of methamphetamine for sale, possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sipe will arraign them at 8:30 a.m. Thursday

• James Brian Freeman and Holly Armanda Haworth: Possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of methamphetamine, possession of dangerous drugs, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, two counts of aggravated DUI and child abuse by domestic violence.

Sipe arraigned Freeman at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday and will arraign Haworth at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 9.

• Christine Amanda Reed (four indictments): Possession of narcotics, organized retail theft and unlawful removal of theft detection device. Second indictment: Third-degree burglary and credit card theft. Third indictment: Third-degree burglary and fourth indictment: third-degree burglary.

Conn will arraign her on all four cases at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Jennifer Nicole Hoxter: Possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jantzen arraigned her Tuesday.

• Christopher Robert Delagarza: Child abuse by domestic violence, aggravated assault by domestic violence, unlawful imprisonment by domestic violence and misdemeanor counts of assault and criminal damage, both by domestic violence.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Marcus Nehemias Flores: Misconduct involving weapons.

Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
