Alleged: Drugs, warrants

On Aug. 7, Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Heather Nicole Spinks, 39, of Kingman, and Corey Elizabeth Baldwin, 34, of Golden Valley.

Spinks was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, making a false report to law enforcement, a failure to appear warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court, which are felonies, along with two misdemeanor warrants for probation violation issued by Kingman Municipal Court and failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Justice Court.

Baldwin was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, a felony, and a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., deputies responded to a disturbance in the 2800 block of E. Northern Ave. Upon arrival, deputies contacted two female subjects. One female subject was identified as Baldwin, while the other female subject falsely identified herself, authorities said.

Eventually, the female subject identified herself as Spinks. A records check showed Spinks and Baldwin to have outstanding warrants. They were taken into custody without incident. A search of Spinks’ purse revealed a used syringe. A search of Baldwin’s purse revealed a clear bottle containing black residue which field tested positive for heroin.

Spinks and Baldwin were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Alleged: Warrants paraphernalia

On Aug. 9, Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dylan Prescott Swint, 27, of Kingman, for possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to appear warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court, both felonies, along with two misdemeanor warrants for criminal damage issued by Kingman Municipal Court and failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Justice Court.

Deputies observed a male subject walking in the roadway of Castle Rock Road near Thompson Avenue.

At approximately 1 a.m., deputies contacted Swint on Thompson Avenue. A records check showed Swint to have outstanding warrants. Swint was taken into custody without incident. A search of Swint revealed two straws with brown residue which field tested positive for heroin. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Alleged: Theft, fraud

On Aug. 8, Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Alessandro Roy Burger, 18, of Kingman, for theft of a credit card and two counts of fraudulent schemes, all felonies. At around midnight, deputies contacted Burger walking in the roadway of the 3800 block of East Suffock Avenue.

Deputies recognized Burger from prior contacts. A consent search revealed a Visa card with no name on the card and a bank debit card belonging to his mother. Burger said that his mother let him use the card. Deputies contacted Burger’s parents and they advised that they did not allow Burger to use their bank card.

Burger’s parents learned that Burger had taken $160 of cash from their account and he made a $16 purchase. Burger was taken into custody without incident. During conversations with Burger, he said that he did not have permission to use the debit card. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Alleged: Warrants, drug possession

On Aug. 5, Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dustin Eric Green, 29, of Kingman, for alleged possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, which are felonies, along with two misdemeanor warrants for failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Municipal Court and Kingman Justice Court.

Deputies observed Green riding a bicycle on Marilyn Drive near Northern Avenue. Deputies knew Green to have active warrants. Approximately 10:50 a.m., deputies caught up with Green in the area of Swan Drive and Robin Lane.

Deputies stopped Green in a wash where he was taken into custody. Green advised deputies that he had something on him that he shouldn’t. A search of Green revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana and a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance, which field tested positive for methamphetamine, authorities said

He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.
