Linda M. Garner, 63, of Kingman, passed away Aug. 13, 2016.
Linda was born on Aug. 31, 1952 in Michigan City, Ind. to Jerome and Merle Kutch. Linda moved to Kingman in 1990. She received an Associate’s degree in 911 Communication from the community college and worked for a short time as a dispatcher. She also worked as a file clerk for Farmers Insurance.
She volunteered her time with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue, and was also with Victim Witness Intervention.
She is survived by her husband Ray D. Garner of Kingman, her sisters Debra Nix Debiak of Brigman, Mich. and Diane Valdez of Canon City, Colo., her son William J. Garner of Madison, Ind., daughter-in-law Tiffany Garner of Madison, Ind., grandchildren Kyle and Brianna Garner of Kingman, Dylan and Melissa Hamilton of Madison, Ind., and Shawn Garner of Madison, Ind., great granddaughters Bailey Garner of Kingman and Quinn Hamilton of Madison, Ind.
Linda enjoyed all outdoor activities, but especially camping with friends and night time campfires with friends and family.
There are no memorials planned as per her wishes.
