Drugs, warrant

On Dec. 27, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Destinee Rose Blackwell, 20, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia, along with a misdemeanor failure to pay fines warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. A 35-year-old man who was with Blackwell was arrested on misdemeanor drug charges.

The man was driving a vehicle that deputies pulled over just before 3:50 a.m. in the area of Castle Rock Road and Northfield Avenue. Blackwell reportedly advised them of her warrant and she was taken into custody. A record check confirmed the warrant and a search allegedly revealed Blackwell possessed a pipe with residue and a partially burnt pill identified as oxycodone. An additional 11 grams of a white crystal substance was allegedly found on Blackwell during the booking process. A marijuana pipe was allegedly located in the center console, along with a small amount of marijuana and unidentified prescription pills.

Narcotics

On Dec. 27, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dakota Adam Flynn and Samantha Dee Hillebrand, both 22 and of Kingman. Flynn was arrested on felony charges of possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hillebrand was arrested on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies stopped a car the pair was in on the 2900 block of Carver Avenue at about 2:20 a.m. Hillebrand reportedly gave deputies consent to search her purse and they allegedly found white crystal residue in a cap and she was taken into custody without incident. Flynn reportedly possessed a partially burnt pill identified as oxycodone.

Both were taken into custody without incident.

Fugitive

On Dec. 27, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Christine Marie Cooper, 35, of Golden Valley on a fugitive from justice warrant issued out of Texas. A 26-year-old Golden Valley man who was with Cooper was arrested on misdemeanor contempt of court and failure to appear warrants issued by Kingman Justice Court.

Deputies contacted the pair at a residence in the 3300 block of Bryce Road in an unrelated matter at about 10:40 a.m.

A record check revealed the warrants and both were taken into custody without incident.

Heroin

On Dec. 24, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Laurie Len Milton, 26, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies responded to a men arguing call at a home in the 4500 block of Edward Lane at about 8 p.m.

The men were gone from the home when they arrived, but Milton was there and deputies reportedly saw a number of drug-related items in her bedroom, including, allegedly, two glass bongs, two scales and a syringe containing heroin.

She was taken into custody without incident.
