KINGMAN - A Kingman woman who allegedly fought with Kingman Police officers to avoid arrest in late June has been indicted.

Jamie Kay Skaro, 37, allegedly damaged a cruiser and slightly injured a KPD detective who was trying to arrest her June 24.

Skaro allegedly had 8 grams of methamphetamine on her. This is the second time she's been arrested in front of her home in the 500 block of Windsor Avenue. In January, police allegedly recovered 10 grams of methamphetamine, 30 pills identified as narcotics and marijuana.

In the most recent case, the Mohave County Grand Jury indicted her on felony counts of possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, aggravated assault and criminal damage.

Judge Billy Sipe will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Martin Arnold Cadena: Third-degree burglary.

Judge Lee Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 12.

• Ignacio Del Val Rodriguez (two indictments): Disorderly conduct with a weapon and unlawful discharge of a firearm. Second indictment: Possession of methamphetamine.

Judge Steven Conn will arraign him on both cases at 8:30 a.m. July 11.

• Anthony Topete: Unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle.

Jantzen arraigned him Tuesday.

• Tyler Matthew Gaul: Possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 11.

• Richard Stephen Johnson: Possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Ricardo Ruben Chavez: Possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Ronald S. VanBlarcom: Failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

• Heather May Rinehart: First-degree criminal trespass by domestic violence.

Sipe will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Robert Howard Pfaffly: Two counts of aggravated assault by domestic violence.

Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 12.

• Kevin Michael Highsmith: Child abuse by domestic violence and aggravated assault by domestic violence.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 11.

• Markos Jesse Martinez: Unlawful use of means of transportation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor count s of assault, disorderly conduct and criminal damage, all by domestic violence, and misdemeanor driving on a suspended license.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Brian Arthur Nottoli: Theft of means of transportation.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Donald Laughlin and Brandi Lee Collins: Possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and misconduct involving weapons.

Jantzen arraigned them at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

• Xavier Joshua Rodriguez, Ashley Marie Rodriguez and Jonathan Kirk Jenkins: Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and manufacture, distribute, or possess with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance.

Sipe will arraign them at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
