Alleged child molesters indicted

Grand jurors see spike in violent crimes

KINGMAN - Numbering 20, crimes of violence were up dramatically in the most recent batch of indictments, but the most disturbing alleged crimes were felony charges against a man facing 14 counts related to sexually assaulting a relative.

Justin Gage, of Bullhead City, was arrested June 28 after a woman told Bullhead City Police officers that he engaged in sexual contact with her from the ages of 15 to 18.

According to Bullhead City Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt, Gage allegedly forced the girl to watch pornography while he inappropriately touched her.

The Mohave County Grand Jury indicted Gage on six counts of sexual conduct with a minor, six counts of sexual assault by domestic violence and two counts of sexual abuse.

Judge Lee Jantzen arraigned him Tuesday.

Jeffrey Aaron Moore, 40, of Kingman, was indicted on two counts of child molestation. The specifics of his case were not available by press time.

Judge Steven Conn will arraign Moore at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Lillian Aline Selby and Tina Marie Booth: Possession of marijuana for sale (more than four pounds), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Billy Sipe will arraign them at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Trista Fay Parrott: Possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor engaging in prostitution.

Conn will arraign her Monday.

• Jesus Manual Sanchez: Possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Justin Ray Robinson: Two counts of aggravated assault by domestic violence.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Dusty Sage: Aggravated harassment and two counts of aggravated domestic violence.

• Jantzen arraigned him Tuesday.

• Joseph Glenn Kessinger: Kidnapping by domestic violence, attempted sexual assault by domestic violence and aggravated assault by domestic violence.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Valerie Christina Hess and Joshua Ryan Kahle: Theft of means of transportation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of prescription only drugs.

Jantzen arraigned them Tuesday.

• Edgardo Arellano-Aviles: Three counts of aggravated assault, endangerment, criminal damage and two counts of misdemeanor DUI.

Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Christina Marie Clemmer: Child abuse by domestic violence, aggravated assault by domestic violence, disorderly conduct involving a weapon by domestic violence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jantzen arraigned him Tuesday.

• Timothy Wayne Haffener: First-degree criminal trespassing and attempted influencing a witness.

Jantzen arraigned him Tuesday.

• Lonnie Stephan Myricks: Third-degree attempted burglary.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Sydney L. Richbell-Derosa: Theft of means of transportation and two counts of misdemeanor assault.

Conn will arraign him today.

• Blake Steven LaRue: Theft of means of transportation and misdemeanor disorderly conduct and assault, both by domestic violence.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Christina Florence Rhines: Theft of means of transportation.

Conn will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
