T-bone crash destroys sedan; passengers OK

VALLE VISTA - A T-bone crash led to only minor injuries to everyone involved May 25 in Valle Vista, but firefighters with the Northern Arizona Consolidated Fire Department's had to pry this Honda Civic apart to get them out.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Ironwood and Concho just after 7:10 p.m., when the driver of a Jeep Wrangler ran the stop sign at Ironwood and hit the Honda, which was traveling east on Concho, according to the Mohave County Sheriff's office.

Both drivers and an unspecified number of passengers received minor injuries and were taken as a precaution to Kingman Regional Medical Center.

The driver of the Jeep sustained a minor head injury and allegedly was impaired and speeding, according to the sheriff's office.

A blood draw was conducted and DUI charges could be filed pending the results.
