KINGMAN - Archers take notice! There will be a 30-target 3D shoot this weekend at the 7 Mile Hill archery range, according to Taco Esquibel, the archery director for the Mohave Sportsman Club.

Esquibel said the shoot will go for two days starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday and ending at 2 p.m. On Sunday the shooting will again start at 8 a.m. and will end at 1 p.m.

The shoot is being called the Desert Archers Spring Fling 2016 and will consist of 30 targets placed at strategic locations on the range.

The cost to enter the event for adult shooters is $16 for Saturday, and the Sunday entry is just $12.

For the younger shooters, the cost is $8 for each day.

There is also a six-target "Smoker" style novelty round that is $5 per try and there will be a Longshot event that costs $1 per arrow or six for $5.

Snacks and drinks will be available at the range and entrants will also be eligible for prizes to be given away after the shoot.
