KINGMAN - Both Kingman High School and Lee Williams competed at the London Bridge Rotary Meet at Thunderbolt Middle School in Lake Havasu City last Saturday.
Lee Williams finished third in the 11-team boys meet and in the 10-team girls meet. The Vols posted 14 state provisional marks for the end of season state championship meet.
Senior Peyton Cardiff won the 800 meters with a provisional time of 2 minutes, 7.31 seconds, for the Vols.
The 4x800 boys relay team (Brendon Allred, Andrew Herrera, Cayden Robles and Cardiff) took first in 9:07.42.
Giancarlo Narvarte captured the high jump by clearing a provisional 6 feet.
Sophomore Trysta Rucker won the 100 hurdles for the Lady Vols with a provisional time of 18.09. Freshman Lillian Rapp was second, also with a provisional time at 18.13.
Sienna Cobanovich took first in the high jump with a provisional 4-10. Madi Arave also cleared 4-10.
Marli Lauck captured the triple jump with a provisional 30-3.
Kingman was fifth in the girls meet and sixth in the boys meet.
Kim Carrol was Kingman's sole winner, beating the girl's field in the discus with a hurl of 83-4.
The Bulldogs set one provisional mark with Mario Barocio's third-place finish in the boys 110 hurdles in 16.7.
Lee Williams next competes at the Sedona Red Rock Invitational on Saturday, and the Vols and Kingman are scheduled to contend in the Kingman Multiple at 4 p.m. next Wednesday at KHS.
