KINGMAN - The Whistle Stop Railroad Club held an event at the Kingman Railroad Museum Saturday in celebration of National Train Day.

The museum is run by the club and depends on donations and admission charges. It has various railroad memorabilia and model trains.

There are three scale models: N, HO and O or Lionel scale model trains, including a model of part of downtown Kingman.

The museum has expanded and now there is a library, Kid's Corner and more artifacts. The museum would like to find a train order staff for its collection.

It is located on 402 E. Andy Devine Ave. Hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. Admission is $2 and active military and kids under 12 are free. Call 928-718-1440 for more information.
