KINGMAN - The Kingman Area Toastmasters swept contests by taking two first places in a competition held recently in Flagstaff.
Bonnie Toy took first place in Table Topics while Tom Krueger took first in Humorous Speech. They competed against other Toastmaster clubs in Arizona.
The winners from this contest are going to compete at the next level, the Divisions scheduled at 11 a.m. Oct. 29 in Flagstaff at the City Hall Council Chamber.
The winners at the Divisions will move onto the District contest at the Omni resort in Tucson on Nov. 5. All are welcome to attend the events. See www.aztoastmasters.org for more information on the District contests, and to register for your tickets.
