Letter: Why won’t the press dig into Clinton?

It seems like all I read in the paper anymore is what an evil misogynist Donald Trump is.

It’s all over the internet and in every paper. Why isn’t the press, that alleged bastion against tyranny and oppression, that beacon of truth, digging into the Clinton Foundation corruption? Where are the media’s cries of outrage at FBI Director Comey giving Hillary a pass on being so criminally careless with classified documents which could easily have fallen into the hands of nations and groups who are not our friends – and activity that would have you or me behind bars? Where are the investigatory paragons of the fourth estate who are digging up Hillary’s history or lies and unethical behavior? Oh, that’s right, they’re all too busy smearing Trump.

The American people deserve a more balanced and fair-minded media, but since our journalism schools have been hijacked by liberals (who believe only conservatives should be tolerant) this won’t happen. The doctrine of unbiased reporting has been completely corrupted.

Is it any wonder the mainstream media is no longer trusted by any American capable of independent, rational thought?

We’ve just suffered through eight years of a president the mainstream media anointed.

God help us if we have to endure another such presidency.
