Superhero 5K walk/run Saturday

KINGMAN – The second annual Superhero 5K Run Walk and Kids Dash to benefit CASA Council of Mohave County is scheduled for 8 a.m. April 15 at KRMC’s Hualapai Mountain Campus, 3801 Santa Rosa Drive.

An awards ceremony will follow the race with prizes going to the overall top male and female; top master (40 years and older) male and female; top three in each age division; and best superhero costume.

Post-race refreshments will be served.

Registration fee is $25 until April 6, $30 until April 14 and $35 the day of the race. The Kids Dash is $10. Early packets can be picked upfrom 5-8 p.m. April 14 at the KRMC Hualapai Mountain Campus lobby.

Proceeds will benefit the Court Appointed Special Advocates, or CASA, which funds unexpected needs for foster children in Mohave County.
