On April 1, my wife and I were passing through Kingman on our trip home to Canada when we discovered the dead bolt on our fifth wheel was broken and we could not access our rig.
We stopped at Arizona Northwest RV for some assistance, but being late on a Saturday there was not a RV technician working. The fellow who was there tried many different things to open the door without any success. This fellow then suggested we call Northwest Lock and Safe for assistance and I left a message on their emergency line.
A fellow named Louis called us back within minutes and we made arrangements to meet with him. Within an hour, Louis, with assistance from his brother, Gil, had us in our fifth wheel, a new lock installed and on our way.
Without their assistance we would have faced hotel and restaurant costs until Monday.
It was a real pleasure to meet these two fellows, and we appreciate the assistance we received from both companies in your city.
I hope the residents of the Kingman area support both businesses, as they are a credit to the community.
