I am writing in response to that incident that happened with United Airlines.
As far as I am concerned, United Airlines was completely in the wrong. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. To be honest, I hope United Airlines ends up going bankrupt.
All those people on that plane paid good money for their tickets. If they ended up being overbooked, that is United Airlines’ problem.
There were four pilots that had to get to another destination. I am sure United Airlines has some private corporate jets. They should have used one of them to fly those four pilots to where they had to be.
This incident is really hurting United Airlines. This is sending a message to other airlines that you can’t treat customers in this manner.
