Kingman Academy Golf finishes third in Pink Out match

KINGMAN – The Kingman Academy Golf team continued its season at Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course Monday with a Pink Out match.

River Valley took first with a 202, while Parker was second with a 222 and Kingman Academy finished in third place with a 228.

Individually, Kingman Academy’s Jacob Heppler finished third with a score of 49. Shelby Swanty, meanwhile, shot a 56 to take seventh place. Isabella Velez was 11th, followed by Lance Stutzman in 12th and April Sorace in 14th.

River Valley’s Austin Rice placed first and teammate Logan Cummings was second.

Parker’s Deegan Newton was fourth, followed by teammate Jon Page in fifth.

Kingman Academy traveled to Parker Thursday, but results weren’t available at press time.

The Academy concludes its season Tuesday vs. Bagdad at Valle Vista Golf Course.
