County roadwork begins Monday

KINGMAN – Mohave County Public Works announced the following roadwork for the week of July 17:

In Golden Valley, the blades will be active on Redwall Road from Verde Road to Teddy Roosevelt Road; Navajo Road from Gold Road north to Garnet Road and Garnet from Navajo to Shinarump Road; Shinarump from Egar Road to Aztec Road; the SoHi area; and Katherine Mine Road. Potholes will be addressed as needed.

Look for roadside vegetation mitigation in Butler.

The blade will be active on Antares Road, starting at Route 66 and working north.

North of Kingman, the blade will be working on Buckhorn Bend, Jackrabbit Drive, Quail Run Road and Cottontail Trail.

In Yucca, the blade will be active on Borianna Mine Road.

Motorists are reminded to be alert and careful in work zones, and obey posted speed limits.
