Heroin bust leads to three arrests

KINGMAN – Twenty-six grams of heroin were found during the search of a Kingman home Thursday afternoon.

According to Deputy Chief Rusty Cooper, Kingman Police, as part of an ongoing drug investigation, served a search warrant at a home in the 600 block of Simon Avenue. They found the heroin along with the associated drug paraphernalia. Four suspects were arrested.

The investigation is still on-going, however investigators determined that the suspects were allegedly actively engaged in the sale of narcotic and dangerous drugs.

Kingman Police arrested three Kingman suspects on the following felony drug charges:

Cameron Allen Rankin, 26, for possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Codey James Combs, 20, for possession of narcotic drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elethea Diana Puglia, 29, for possession of narcotic drugs, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A fourth suspect, a 19-year-old Kingman woman, was released. She will be charged via summons for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of narcotic drugs.

Rankin, Combs and Puglia were booked into the Mohave County jail.
